Agreement to These Terms

This website (the “Site”) is owned and operated by Ignite Your Flare: Dance & Acrobatics (“Ignite Your Flare,” “we” or “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms that apply to specific products, services or sections of the Site. Enrollment in our programs is also governed by our Policies & Fees Handbook and enrollment contract.

We may change these Terms from time to time by posting the revised version on this page. By continuing to use the Site after changes are posted, you accept the updated Terms.

SMS Messaging Terms

• Program description: Ignite Your Flare sends text messages to families who request information or book an appointment through our website at https://www.igniteyourflare.com or our forms, and who explicitly opt in by checking a dedicated SMS consent box. Messages include inquiry follow-up, class information, scheduling confirmations, appointment and enrollment reminders, rescheduling updates and customer support. Promotional messages are sent only with separate consent.
• Cancellation: Text STOP to the number that messaged you at any time. We will confirm your unsubscribe by text, and you will receive no further messages. To rejoin, sign up again as you did initially.
• Support: Reply HELP, email office@igniteyourflare.com or call (530) 255-4180 during business hours.
• Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to and from us. Message frequency varies with your inquiry and services. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your plan.
• Supported carriers: All major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon, and most regional carriers.
• Age: You must be 18 or older to participate in our SMS program.
• Privacy: See our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines for SMS communications.

Intellectual Property

Our content

The Site and its content, including text, photos, videos, logos, mascots (Glow, Ember, Spark, Scorch, Blaze and Wildfire) and designs, are owned by Ignite Your Flare or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. The Site is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. Unless we give written permission, you may not copy, modify, republish, distribute, sell or create derivative works from Site content. You may print one copy of individual pages for personal, non-commercial use if you keep all copyright and proprietary notices intact.

Third-party marks

Acrobatic Arts, Apolla Performance, SparkDance Tehama, our sponsors and other third-party names and logos are the property of their owners and are used with permission or to identify our partners. Their appearance does not mean they endorse anything other than as stated.

Content you submit

If you send us material (such as photos, videos, reviews or comments) through the Site, social media or other channels, you confirm you own it or have permission to share it, and you grant us a royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display and share it in connection with our studio.

Prices, Estimates and Purchases

Tuition ranges and other prices shown on the Site are estimates only and are not a quote or offer. Your exact price is provided by our team and confirmed in your enrollment contract. Online purchases, such as gift cards, camps and recital tickets, are processed by our payment providers and are subject to our Policies & Fees Handbook.

Gift cards and team dancer support: Gift card purchases made to support a team dancer are purchases from Ignite Your Flare and are not tax-deductible charitable contributions. Tax-deductible giving, when available, is offered only through SparkDance Tehama, our partner 501(c)(3) non-profit, and will be clearly identified as such.

Third-Party Sites and Services

The Site links to websites and services run by others, such as our payment portal and store (Helcim), BAND, maps, social media and partner organizations. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products, services or privacy practices. Your dealings with third parties are solely between you and them.

Accounts

Some features, such as the family portal, require an account with our service providers. Please provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, notify us right away at office@igniteyourflare.com.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent allowed by law, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We work to keep information such as schedules, dates and prices accurate, but they may change; the BAND app and our office are the most current sources.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Ignite Your Flare is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ignite Your Flare and its owners, staff and affiliates from claims arising from your breach of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Site, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or acted unlawfully or inappropriately.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tehama County, California, unless we both agree in writing to resolve it another way, such as mediation or arbitration. Disputes about enrollment are also governed by your enrollment contract and our Policies & Fees Handbook.
